Eat the rainbow

Food advice can become so overwhelming, especially the current world of information saturation.

Add to that the fact most, if not all of us, are time poor and don’t have the energy to curate endless delicious and nutritious meals. So how can we simplify this overload of information and choice paralysis so that we can make educated decisions around meal planning?

My key rules are:

  1. Eat as wide a range of veg and colours as possible.

  2. Sugar free

  3. Eat organic wherever possible/affordable/accessible
