Booking and Payment

a. The client must provide a written request for booking the event, which should include the details of the event, date, time, and venue.

b. A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking, which should be paid within 5 days of the booking confirmation.

c. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event.

Changes and Cancellation

a. Any changes or cancellations to the event must be communicated to Biorigin in writing.

b. If the client cancels the event, the deposit paid will not be refunded.

c. If the client cancels the event within 7 days of the event date, the full amount of the event will be charged.

d. Biorigin reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the client will receive a full refund of the deposit paid.

Event Details

a. The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the event requirements, including but not limited to the number of attendees, dietary requirements, and audiovisual requirements.

b. Any changes to the event details must be communicated to Biorigin in writing at least 5 days prior to the event.

c. Biorigin reserves the right to charge an additional fee for any changes made within 3 days of the event.

Liability

a. Biorigin shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to any person or property during the event.

b. The client shall be responsible for any damage caused by attendees during the event, and shall be liable for any associated costs.

Medical Disclaimer

Information provided in talks/ workshops is general advice for information only and not to be taken as medical or clinical advice.

1:1 sessions

Individuals will receive personal clinical advice during any 1:1 sessions. Testing and treatment is not included in the fee, and can be arranged at additional cost.

Indemnification

1. a. The client shall indemnify and hold harmless Biorigin from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the event, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or breach of contract.

Force Majeure

2. a. Biorigin shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligations under these terms and conditions due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or natural disasters.

Governing Law

3. a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK legal system.
