BiOrigin is currently running a series of four workshops in London and West Sussex. Spread throughout the year, the Thriving Hormone series of workshops offer people the opportunity to learn more about the key pillars of our lifestyle, the impact these have on our hormones, and what you can do to take control. For every workshop, Dr. Tanya and Dr. Liz will be joined by a special guest.

Series Overview

  • Stress

    The impact on our health due to our busy and demanding lifestyles is far-reaching. Learn how our hormones work and the factors that influence them in order to take control of your wellbeing.

  • Movement

    As our hormones change so should the way we exercise. Attendees will learn about how they can tailor their exercise regime for hormonal balance, and preserve pelvic and bone health and longevity.

  • Nutrition

    Joined by one of our leading nutritionists, this workshop will look at achieving optimal gut health. We will discuss key insights and debunk common myths about the food needed for hormonal balance.

  • Sleep

    Joined by South Bath expert Sam Britton, this interactive workshop and sound bath will give you a deeper understanding of the science behind sleep and learn how to optimize sleep patterns.
