The perimenopause can be a challenging and confusing time for women. Historically it has been poorly understood, under-diagnosed, and often mis-labelled as anxiety. Thankfully, knowledge and awareness around perimenopause and menopause has improved over the last few years but there is still a lot of confusion and misconceptions out there.
